Job description

Patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease often have complex conditions with limited treatment options. Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) is honored to support clinicians with a comprehensive, innovative portfolio of therapies to address a patient's unmet clinical needs.
This is a unique opportunity to play an important role in the growing Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) HCP Education team, providing innovative solutions to transform treatment for patients suffering from mitral and tricuspid heart disease.
How you'll make an impact:
  • The Specialist, Training Event Planner is responsible for efficient planning and management of event logistics and documentation of training programs hosted by the HCP Education team. Additionally, this individual will maintain a training documentation process for HCPs.
  • Support the TMTT HCP Education team by planning, coordinating, and documenting training programs for HCP Education Programs.
  • Manage training event logistics, including venues, travel, transportation, catering, invitees lists, faculty/speakers, training materials, registration, and onsite execution.
  • Serve as the primary logistics contact for field team, HCPs, speakers, attendees, hotels, and vendors; proactively troubleshoot event-related issues.
  • Track event budgets and finances, including HCP payments, invoices, expense reports, RFPs, purchase orders, and vendor/hotel negotiations.
  • Maintain HCP training records.
  • Partner with Legal to support HCP and vendor contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and compliance with HCP guidelines, Sunshine Act, insurance, legal, health, and safety requirements.

What you'll need (Required):
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in event planning and document control
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $74,000 to $104,000 (highly experienced).
