Job description

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Legacy Hall to ensure smooth execution, exceptional guest service, and team accountability. This role is highly visible and hands-on, requiring strong leadership on the floor and a commitment to operational excellence. From ensuring consistent service standards across multiple food and beverage outlets, to supporting private events and activations, you will play a key role in maintaining Legacy Hall's reputation as a premier food, beverage, and entertainment destination.
The Good Stuff
  • Compensation: $65k-$70k plus Bonus

What You'll Do
  • Lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and memorable guest experiences.
  • Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of private events, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Act as the client-facing operational lead during events - welcoming hosts, addressing concerns, and meeting expectations.
  • Support and coach team members to uphold Legacy Hall's hospitality standards.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including venue walkthroughs and bar setup.
  • Oversee labor management, scheduling, and inventory controls.
  • Maintain accountability for service, cleanliness, and sanitation across the hall.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stall operators to meet food, beverage, and entertainment standards.
  • Jump in where needed on the floor - resolving issues, engaging with guests, and supporting the team.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of food & beverage management experience; high-volume or multi-unit experience strongly preferred.
  • Event operations experience is a plus.
  • Bar management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fun, energetic, and passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with multiple priorities.
  • Manager Food Handler's and Alcohol Service Certifications are required (or the ability to obtain them upon hire).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
