Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of integrated event experiences that support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
This role is responsible for bringing the company's marketing and brand strategy to life through exceptional event execution across conferences, trade shows, hosted events, webinars, partner activations, and executive experiences. The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional coordination, operational management, and creating seamless attendee experiences that align with broader company objectives.
The Event Marketing Manager will partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure events are executed effectively, consistently, and with measurable impact.
This is a short term assignment for a minimum of 6 months.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, timelines, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, onsite management, and attendee experience

  • Manage event calendars, project plans, budgets, and operational workflows

  • Coordinate booth production, signage, collateral, giveaways, registration, travel, and event logistics

  • Ensure events are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with company standards

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to implement event messaging, visual identity, and campaign assets

  • Collaborate with Sales and Demand Generation teams to support meeting generation, customer engagement, and follow-up activities

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and communication

  • Support executive speaking engagements, customer events, and partner activations

Event Enablement & Experience

  • Translate established marketing campaigns and brand initiatives into cohesive event experiences

  • Ensure consistency across physical and digital event touchpoints

  • Manage pre-event, onsite, and post-event executional activities that support audience engagement and pipeline goals

  • Help create scalable event processes, templates, and operational best practices

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report on event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and ROI

  • Maintain event documentation, timelines, and post-event recaps

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and event effectiveness

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or event operations

  • Proven ability to manage complex events and multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Experience with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools preferred

  • Healthcare, health tech, or B2B experience preferred
