Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Brand Events Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing high-profile brand events and activations. This position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end operational workflows and contribute to the creation of scalable processes across our event portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage registration systems for major conferences and events using platforms like Swoogo and Cvent.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive registration reports and analytics dashboards.
  • Oversee attendee approval processes and VIP registrations, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Coordinate speaker training sessions and manage logistics for onsite meetings and events.
  • Plan and execute event swag strategies, including inventory management and vendor coordination.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event marketing and operations.
  • Proficiency in event registration platforms, specifically Swoogo and Cvent.
