Responsibilities
- Safely drive Kona Ice trucks and approved event units to and from scheduled events
- Set up, operate, and close down a truck or event service according to company standards
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all events
- Serve products efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and handle cash or point-of-sale transactions responsibly
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of trucks and equipment
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs
- Help with basic cleaning, stocking, and resetting before or after events
- Represent Kona Ice of Bend and, when needed, Travelin' Tom's Coffee of Bend in a professional manner
- Communicate event issues, equipment concerns, or customer needs to ownership or team leads
Qualifications
