Operational Event Management Analyst
Location: Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE
Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI
This position requires a current, adjudicated Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
As an Operational Event Management Analyst, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in conducting systems analysis, systems engineering, technical analysis, solution integration, operations assessment, operations analysis, risk management, requirements identification, requirements advocacy, intelligence assessments, technology identification, identifying future concepts and architectures.
Who You Are and What You Need:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalence
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; but not required
  • TS/SCI Clearance on day 1
  • Must be eligible to obtain the following: NC2-ESO, NATO and SAR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in NC2/NC3 operation capabilities and procedures, and experience in the operations platforms, communications, and modes of operations, to include current efforts in developing survivable and endurable NC2/NC3 capabilities
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with, maintaining and extracting pertinent data from large databases into spreadsheets, graphs, charts etc., to meet customer needs. Background and training in one or more of USSTRATCOMs assigned UCP missions, assignment at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service, or MAJCOM level.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience staffing complex packages and adjudicating content
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization preferred

What You Will Do:
  • Provide support to government assessment of future system requirements with the NC3 Enterprise Center
  • Provide operational context during requirement definition, system development and integration for future NC3 capabilities. The findings will ensure future systems support operational needs, address future NC3 capabilities, and align with future NC3 roadmap.
