Working with the event manager
Resource's typical working day:
You will assist with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events.
You will use the Accruent Event Management System (EMS) software to coordinate event planning, resource management, and reporting.
You will use Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications to coordinate with event customers and coordinate resources.
Will be communicating with requestors and stakeholders
Must Have Skills:
Some basic computer literacy
Able to learn the software
Some kind of experience in events, hospitality
Working in an office environment, working on a team
