About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives across Latin America. This role partners closely with sales teams, strategic technology partners, and cross-functional marketing organizations to drive customer engagement, pipeline growth, brand awareness, and product adoption. This is a 12-month contract position.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced B2B technology environment and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll play a key role in localizing global marketing initiatives, managing regional events, and driving measurable business outcomes throughout LATAM markets.

What You'll Do


Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across Latin America
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify growth opportunities and target markets
  • Localize global campaigns and messaging for regional audiences
  • Drive demand generation initiatives that support pipeline and revenue growth
  • Execute programs that increase customer acquisition, expansion, and product adoption


Events & Customer Engagement

  • Plan and execute webinars, workshops, executive programs, and customer events
  • Support regional community engagement initiatives and developer-focused programs
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage priority prospects and customer accounts
  • Manage event logistics, promotion, attendee engagement, and follow-up activities


Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Collaborate with strategic technology partners on joint marketing initiatives
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns that expand market reach and generate demand
  • Support partner engagement activities and go-to-market programs
  • Identify new opportunities to increase partner-driven pipeline growth


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, and Sales teams
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regional marketing activities
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to improve future programs


Measurement & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance against established KPIs
  • Analyze marketing and event results to identify optimization opportunities
  • Monitor pipeline contribution and marketing ROI
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • 3+ years of demand generation experience within LATAM markets
  • Experience working in SaaS, software, cloud, or enterprise technology environments
  • Experience localizing global marketing campaigns and programs
  • 3-4 years of partner marketing or co-marketing experience
  • Experience managing virtual and in-person events
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and marketing ROI
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regional field marketing programs
  • Background working with technology partner ecosystems
  • Experience collaborating with sales leadership on pipeline generation initiatives
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience managing marketing programs across multiple LATAM countries
