We specialize in delivering unforgettable experiences through bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, games, and large-scale event setups for schools, churches, corporate events, and community festivals.
We are seeking a dependable, high-energy Event Manager to lead and execute events while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
As an Event Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of events from setup to breakdown. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage crews, coordinate logistics, and ensure all equipment is safely and efficiently installed. You will serve as the on-site leader and the face of the company, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets our standards of excellence.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is comfortable taking ownership of event operations. You will be responsible for leading team members, maintaining organization, communicating with customers, and resolving issues in real time.

Requirements- 2+ years of experience in event management, logistics, operations, or a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours (this is required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred but not required:- Experience in the event, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Experience driving trucks and/or towing trailers
- Experience managing crews or leading teams in fast-paced environments
