We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Events Coordinator to manage our events and trade show presence while leading a team of Brand Ambassadors.
Job Description
The Marketing Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and shows within assigned territories to generate qualified leads and promote our brand.
Responsibilities include:
  • Researching and identifying events and trade shows within assigned territories
  • Negotiating contracts with event vendors and organizers
  • Planning and maintaining an annual calendar of events and shows
  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing Event Demonstrators and Brand Ambassadors
  • Scheduling staff coverage for events and ensuring successful execution
  • Coordinating booth setup, display logistics, and teardown
  • Generating leads and scheduling Free In-Home Consultations during events
  • Collecting and managing contest entries and customer information
  • Following up with contest participants to schedule consultations
  • Measuring event performance and preparing detailed reports on results and ROI
