Job description

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Lead Concession Stand Attendant, Ohio University in Athens, OH. This position is scheduled as needed for events.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure concession stands are prepared and fully stocked prior to service
  • Requisition additional product as needed throughout the event
  • Validate beginning and ending inventory counts
  • Supervise nonprofit organization group members; train on proper service techniques
  • Prepare and serve food and beverage items in correct proportions; follow established procedures, standards and recipes
  • Participate in set up of stand and food to be served at concession stand
  • Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area
  • Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests

  • Previous food service supervisory experience preferred
