Job Title: QuickBooks Assistance (for a real estate broker)

Job Description:

       *  QuickBooks data entry

  • Accounts payable - tenant billing
  • Assist with bank reconciliation, P&L, and reporting monthly
  • Year-end financials
  • Tax  payments 
  • Collection reports

Knowledge:

  • Quickbooks
  • Microsoft: OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Google Cloud: Gmail, Word, Sheets, etc.

Training/Probation:

  • 3 months
