We are seeking an Production cook who will be energetic to help build and maintain our off-premise delivery service of โ€œdrop offโ€ catering to business and residential clients.ย 
Position Overview
Two Unique Catering is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production cook to join our culinary team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and menu components that support both business-to-business catering and private event catering.
Our events vary in size, guest count, and service style, including interactive stations, small plates, and seated dinnersโ€”requiring a prep cook who is organized, efficient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, event-driven kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients and menu components according to company recipes and production standards
  • Support production for corporate and private event catering menusย 
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all food preparation
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols
  • Always maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Assist culinary team members with daily prep lists and production goals
  • Accurately label, store, and rotate food products according to food safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen leadership regarding production needs
  • Adapt to changing production demands based on event schedules and business needs


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience required
  • Strong knife skills and foundational culinary techniques
  • Well-rounded knowledge of food products, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and standardized production procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume catering environment

Certifications
