We are always seeking talented individuals to join our Event Staff team. While we have an ongoing need for this role, please note that this is a continuous recruitment process. The Event Server (Butler) will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of food and beverages to our guests.
Server Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Set up and arrange event spaces according to specific requirements, ensuring everything is in place for a successful event.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs throughout the event, providing attentive and personalized service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas and dining spaces, including clearing tables and resetting as needed.
  • Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless coordination of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, following proper procedures for handling and serving food.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving and arranging furniture and other equipment.

This position may frequently involve communication with English-speaking customers, clients, and colleagues, including responding to inquiries, providing information, and collaborating within a team. Employees should be able to understand and respond effectively in these situations to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment should be clearly listed in your application.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to understand and speak some English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and carry objects weighing 10-25 pounds, such as trays of food or beverage supplies, and perform tasks requiring physical movement, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Bartenders: You must hold a relevant certification (e.g., TIPS certification) and indicate this in your application.

Successful completion of a background check and E-Verify confirmation of work authorization are required for employment.
Pay: The pay range for the Catering Event Staff positions ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
