General Function
Support service for events at Great Southern Bank Arena, Hammons Student Center, Plaster Stadium and BBA Fields. Work will includes working any event taking place in on campus athletics & entertainment space.
Description of Primary Duties
Support service for events at Great Southern Bank Arena, Hammons Student Center, Plaster Stadium and BBA Fields. Includes ticket collecting, assist patrons to reserved seats and other aspects of crowd control. Extensive interaction with patrons. Limited clean-up work required. Dress code required with some apparel provided. Only special event work opportunities available.
This position is event based and requires evening and weekend work hours.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Previous customer service experience.
