POSITION SUMMARY

Weโ€™re looking for a highly organized Global Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our annual global conference and related events. This role plays a key part in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences for attendees across multiple regions.

A central focus of this position is ownership of the event registration platform and attendee journey, ensuring a smooth user experience, accurate data management, and meaningful insights to improve event performance.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of global events (in-person, virtual, hybrid
  • Own and manage the event registration platform (build, configuration, reporting, and optimization
  • Oversee attendee registration, qualification tracking, and data integrity
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, vendors, hotels, and transportation
  • Develop event agendas, run-of-show documents, and timelines
  • Partner cross-functionally (marketing, operations, IT, leadership) for alignment
  • Manage speaker logistics and stakeholder coordination
  • Execute attendee communications (pre-event, onsite, and post-event)
  • Track and report on event KPIs and performance metrics
  • Support onsite execution, staff coordination, and issue resolution

Additional Duties: Support other event and recognition functions as needed

Travel Requirements: Domestic and international travel up to 25%


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-8 years of experience in event coordination or event management (global experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with event registration platforms (e.g., Cvent, RainFocus, InEvent)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, high emotional intelligence, confident and concise communication
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Work Environment & Physical Demands
