The role of Clinical Mental Health Therapist is designed to be fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule. Our typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring each assessment is thorough and well-documented.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver impactful interventions.
• Monitor clients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes and ensure effective patient care.
• Provide education to clients and their families about mood disorders, coping strategies, and available treatment options to facilitate understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and continuity of care.
• Stay abreast of current research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic practices and patient care.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development workshops to further refine your skills and share knowledge with colleagues.

This position primarily focuses on assisting individuals dealing with various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, focusing on mood disorders.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical standards and meticulous documentation practices in accordance with legal requirements.

• Two or more years of experience specifically working with clients suffering from mood disorders.
• A proven history of positive treatment outcomes, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex cases effectively.
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and experience in collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
