Evening Insurance Sales Producer

Professional Sales Career in Roughly 25 Hours Per Week

The Campbell Group Allstate Agency is hiring motivated sales professionals for a specialized evening sales team.

This position offers a professional schedule of approximately 25 hours per week, with no late nights and rotating Saturday hours.


The Schedule

Monday through Friday: approximately 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Rotating Saturdays: approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

No Sundays

No working past 8:00 p.m.

Approximately 25 hours per week

What You Will Do

Respond quickly to live sales opportunities

Complete auto, home, renters and other insurance quotes

Discover why the customer is shopping

Explain coverage and value clearly

Identify the complete household opportunity

Build bundled households whenever appropriate

Follow up on unfinished quotes and prior opportunities

Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity

Ask directly for the sale

Work with the evening team to achieve agency production goals

Performance Expectations

Successful producers will be expected to:

Work with urgency and professionalism

Produce approximately 30 to 35 items per month

Work toward a prescribed household bundle rate

Maintain dependable attendance

Respond promptly to assigned opportunities

Complete and document consistent follow-up

Remain at, above, or trending favorably toward production goals

Accept coaching and accountability based on measurable results
