Job Description: As a Security Host at Palomino Ranch, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and controlled environment for both guests and team members. A Security Host ensures consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences by monitoring entry points, verifying identification, and enforcing venue policies in a professional and respectful manner. This role is responsible for maintaining crowd control, addressing any issues promptly, and upholding company standards while ensuring a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe environment by monitoring the premises for potential security breaches, disturbances, or illegal activities.
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies.
  • Enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain order and safety.
  • Verify guest age and identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking requirements.
  • Control access to the establishment, including checking IDs and managing crowd entry.
  • Detect counterfeit identification or fraudulent activity.
  • Monitor crowd behavior and identify intoxicated, disruptive, or aggressive individuals.
  • Manage lines and queues efficiently to ensure smooth guest entry and exit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and directions.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with first aid or medical situations and coordinate with medical personnel when needed.
