Position Overview
As our Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the front office runs efficiently. This role combines patient service, appointment scheduling, and administrative support in a fast-paced dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception & Customer Service

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Provide accurate information regarding appointments and office procedures
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience from arrival through departure

Scheduling & Administrative Support

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Process administrative paperwork and support daily office operations
  • Assist with insurance verification and patient paperwork as needed
  • Ensure the front office remains organized and efficient

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff
  • Assist with office workflow and daily operational needs
  • Travel between nearby office locations when needed
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, Dental Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Dental Office Administrator preferred
  • Previous experience in a dental office is strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule

  • Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
