Front Desk Agent (Evening Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Ocean Place Resort & Spa – Long Branch, NJ

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Ocean Place Resort & Spa is looking for an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our Evening (PM) Shift Team (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). As the face of our resort during one of our busiest times of day, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions, resolving guest needs, and ensuring every stay is exceptional.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.

  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.

  • Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and questions about the resort and surrounding attractions.

  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while creating positive guest experiences.

  • Promote hotel amenities, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.

  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Complete end-of-shift reports, bucket checks, and required documentation.

  • Maintain brand standards while delivering personalized service.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous hotel front desk experience required.

  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems.
