Evening Shift LPN

Job Summary:

At Nixa Nursing & Rehab in Nixa, MO, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Evening Shift LPN to join our evening shift team. As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality long-term care services under physician supervision to our residents. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care interventions, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing wound care and treatments

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care and efficient delivery of services

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advocate for resident-centered care and improve overall care outcomes

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Missouri

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; LPN diploma or degree preferred

  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; flexible scheduling may be required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
