Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. Flexible and negotiable
Compensation: $28 - $31 per hour, based on experience.

  • Anticipate the client's needs and proactively manage day-to-day coordination
  • Liaise with family members and other contacts on the client's behalf

What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong tech proficiency - you're comfortable with calendaring tools, travel platforms, project management apps, and whatever else gets the job done
  • Experience with international travel planning and/or relocation logistics
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and stay ten steps ahead
  • Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Local to the Seattle/Bellevue area
  • Italian language skills are a plus - one family member is a primary Italian speaker

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Who You Are:
  • Experienced in household management with a passion for service.

  • Proactive mindset - noticing and handling household needs without being asked
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
  • Someone looking for a long-term role
  • Independent, with a knack for taking initiative.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Trustworthy and respectful of privacy.

Why Pepper's?
  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits: All employees, including part-time team members, earn a competitive hourly wage and enjoy benefits including a 401(k) plan with employer match, tech stipend, paid time off, company-paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
  • Direct Employment and Team Support: Pepper's is the direct employer for all Personal Assistants (PAs). This is not a placement agency role, and all PAs are hired as W-2 employees of Pepper's.
