The ESPN+ Game Day Assistant will assist with tasks for UNF athletics broadcast operations pertaining to ESPN+ broadcasts. ESPN+ duties include, but are not limited to play-by-play and color commentary, operating broadcast cameras, handling audio, replay operator, graphics operator and technical director. May assist with any UNF varsity sport.
Please note that this is NOT a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
A minimum of a year of hands-on experience within the field of broadcast, whether it be sports, news, etc.
A general understanding of sports is not required but highly encouraged.
Ability to work collaboratively with others in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills.
Show initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude while assisting with broadcasts.
