Job description

We're always looking for talented Account Managers to grow our presence within healthcare and hospital systems across the Eastern United States. This is an evergreen posting - meaning we maintain an active pipeline of candidates for Account Manager roles as our business continues to grow. If you're driven by improving healthcare outcomes through technology, we'd love to connect.
About This Role
As an Account Manager at ESO supporting the Eastern Region, you will own the ongoing relationships and growth opportunities within our healthcare and hospital system client base. Your focus will be ensuring clients' continued success with ESO's platform while identifying upsell opportunities and deepening our integration within health networks, trauma centers, and hospital-based EMS programs.
This role reports to the Director of Sales.
What You'll Do
  • Manage a sales pipeline across a territory of named healthcare and hospital accounts throughout the Eastern United States.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and administrative decision makers across health systems, hospitals, and integrated care networks through consistent, meaningful engagement.
  • Educate clients and partners on ESO's healthcare data and quality management solutions through presentations, workflow demonstrations, and collaboration with clinical subject matter experts.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals that address each client's specific needs.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a disciplined, data-driven pipeline.
  • Lead and support contract negotiations, driving opportunities to closure against a sales quota.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across both EMS and Fire sectors to ensure alignment and client success.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in a direct sales or account management role, ideally within healthcare or health IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • An enterprise sales mentality - you navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • The drive and adaptability to thrive at a fast-growing company.
  • Bonus: Prior experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or clinical quality programs.
Why ESO
ESO is a leading data and software company at the intersection of emergency care and health systems. Our platform helps hospitals and healthcare organizations capture, analyze, and act on EMS data to improve patient outcomes.
