Old Republic Title is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Escrow Officer to join our growing team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, or closing operations who is ready to take the next step in their career.
In this role, you'll work alongside experienced escrow professionals, helping facilitate residential real estate transactions while providing exceptional service to agents, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers. Work Location/Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in our Alpharetta, GA office)
What You'll Do
  • Support the escrow process from opening through closing on residential real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
  • Review transaction files for completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and process closing documentation and escrow-related paperwork.
  • Assist with scheduling closings and communicating transaction updates.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries.
  • Ensure transactions comply with company policies, state regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teammates to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
