Manage and lead teams who perform a wide range of duties related to escrow operations. Manage processes and policies. Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met. Ensures employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff.

What You'll Do

  • Supervises a staff responsible for production activities associated with supporting an area of the escrow process/operations activities.
  • Implements processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity. Relieves branches of high-volume paperwork.
  • Role may be found in a centralized processing unit.
  • Delegates tasks, manages work flow and makes recommendations for staffing and training needs. With management consultation, interviews candidates, provides hiring recommendations, writes and conducts performance reviews, and provides ongoing feedback and coaching. Advocates for employees and communicates compensation changes.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Process and detail orientation
  • Proficient computer skills and solid knowledge of company operating systems and applications
  • Multi-tasking, problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Successful track record of executing day to day operational responsibilities, along with participating in, developing and completing projects in area of expertise
  • Able to implement and enforce processes to ensure compliance and quality
  • Provides others with reliable information and uses good listening skills
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the departmental level
Pay Range: $67,200.00 - $89,600.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
