Job description

7c Escrow is a growing relationship driven escrow company committed to elevating the escrow experience for agents ,buyers and sellers .We are expanding .We are seeking an Experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow assistant who lives in the Orange County area . The ideal candidate must have at least two years as an escrow assistant andย  5 or more years of experience as an escrow officer. Must be professional and thrive in a fast paced environment.ย 
Responsibilities will include:
  1. Able to communicate with Real Estate Agents and Brokers.
  2. Opening escrow for purchase, refinance, REO, and short sale.
  3. Prepare transactions for the purchase, resale, and refinance of the property.
  4. Prepare and proofread any documentation that goes out.
  5. Respond to a high volume of escrow questions.
  6. Uploading escrow documentation into the escrow system SMS.
Qualifications:
  1. Must be knowledgeable in SMS, Closing Tracker, Outlook, Green Folders, and DocuSign.
  2. Hit the ground running. The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to pivot when necessary.
  3. A skilled and thorough professional with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities within the organization and unwavering attention to detail.
  4. Hardworking, diligent, and ethicalย 
  5. A communicator who understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
