About the role: We are looking for an experienced ERP Test Manager to lead and coordinate all testing activities within our global ERP Transformation program based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is responsible for ensuring that the implemented ERP solution accurately reflects redesigned business processes and supports operational execution across the organization. The ERP Test Manager will translate the overall ERP Test Strategy into actionable testing plans, coordinate testing cycles across functional and technical teams, and ensure the system is validated against business requirements before deployment. The role requires close collaboration with the Computer System Validation (CSV) Auditor to ensure that testing activities support validation requirements and that the ERP system meets regulatory expectations. Together with Quality and Compliance teams, the ERP Test Manager will ensure traceability, documentation completeness, and testing evidence necessary for validation and audit readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong ERP testing experience, leadership skills, and governance capabilities, and can effectively coordinate cross‐functional teams while ensuring high standards of quality, traceability, and compliance across the program lifecycle. We are looking for a person who: Has strong experience managing ERP testing programs, preferably within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other enterprise ERP systems Understands how to translate ERP Test Strategy and business transformation objectives into structured test plans and execution cycles Has experience validating end‐to‐end business processes such as Procure‐to‐Pay, Order‐to‐Cash, Record‐to‐Report, and Supply Chain flows Is comfortable coordinating testing across multiple modules, integrations, and business domains Can manage complex integration testing, including middleware, third‐party systems, and external partners (banks, CRM, logistics providers, etc.) Has experience overseeing data migration validation and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of migrated data Can define and track test metrics, quality indicators, and defect trends to support decision‐making and risk mitigation Is capable of coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and Business Process Owners Demonstrates strong collaboration skills when working with Quality, Compliance, and CSV teams Is able to ensure testing documentation, traceability, and evidence support regulatory and audit requirements Possesses strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with high attention to details Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders Can manage multiple priorities in a large‐scale transformation program Encourages collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement within QA and project teams Leadership Strategic Thinking: Ability to align testing efforts with the ERP transformation goals and broader enterprise test strategy Assertive Communication: Clear communication with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams Risk‐Based Decision Making: Prioritizes testing activities based on business impact, regulatory requirements, and operational risk Analytical Thinking: Interprets test metrics and quality indicators to improve testing efficiency and quality outcomes Results‐Oriented: Focused on ensuring the ERP system is ready for operational deployment and business adoption Problem‐Solving: Quickly identifies and resolves testing challenges in complex ERP landscapes Adaptability: Comfortable working in evolving transformation programs with shifting priorities Team Leadership: Encourages collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing across testing and business teams Technical Expertise ERP Platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or similar enterprise ERP systems Methodologies: Agile / Scrum / Hybrid delivery models Test Management Tools: Azure DevOps, TestRail, Jira Integration Testing: APIs, middleware, external system integrations Data Validation: data migration testing, reconciliation, and transformation validation Security Testing: role‐based access control validation Reporting & Metrics: quality dashboards, defect trend analysis Documentation & Traceability: test plans, test cases, test evidence, and validation artifacts Being part of us means: Meaningful work that helps to change the future of dentistry Work in a unique professional, friendly and supportive environment Constant professional growth and development A healthy work‐life balance Comprehensive benefits incl. 24 working days of annual vacation; medical insurance; paid sick leaves and child sick leaves; maternity and paternity leaves etc. Breakfasts and lunches in the office Good working conditions in a comfortable office in UNIT.City A parking lot with free spaces for employees Occasional business trips to Western Europe Opportunity to become a part of the success that 3Shape has created over the past 25 years.
