Job Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ERP data pipelines for platforms such as Workday and enterprise systems

  • Own endtoend lifecycle of ERP data pipelines (ingestion transformation delivery)

  • Support data conversion and migration initiatives (e.g., M&A, system integrations)

  • Ensure pipeline reliability, recoverability, and stable production operations

  • Troubleshoot pipeline failures and resolve root causes of data defects and operational issues

  • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions

  • Implement and enforce SDLC best practices (version control, code reviews, CI/CD, release management)

  • Develop and maintain data quality controls (freshness, completeness, anomaly detection, schema management)

  • Detect and manage schema drift and downstream data issues proactively

  • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability for data pipelines

  • Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data workloads

  • Track operational KPIs (e.g., pipeline success rates, SLAs, incident trends, recovery times)

  • Create runbooks, documentation, and auditready operational processes

  • Collaborate with data governance, security, and compliance teams on controls and data access

  • Support analytics, reporting, and integration teams with reliable, wellgoverned datasets

  • Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and escalate risks early

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience to include but not limited to the following:

  • Data engineering, ETL/ELT development, or enterprise data integration

  • Operating production data pipelines endtoend, including monitoring, testing, and support

  • Strong experience applying SDLC best practices, including version control, code reviews, and CI/CD

  • Strong SQL skills and programming experience (e.g., Python)

  • ERP, finance, or enterprise application data in a complex environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Workday data, integrations, or reporting

  • Familiarity with Workday Finance and/or Professional Services Automation (PSA) domains

  • Experience supporting ERPbased financial, operational, or project analytics

  • Experience in regulated or auditfocused environments

  • Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and cataloging tools

  • Experience with orchestration and modern data pipeline tooling

  • Performance optimization and cost management of data platforms

  • Strong documentation and operational runbook development practices

  • Experience collaborating with crossfunctional business and technical teams

  • Knowledge of enterprise data access controls and audit support processes

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $162,500 - $221,400. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $178,800 - $243,500. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $187,000 - $254,700. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
