  • Build, configure, and maintain data integrations using D365 data entities, OData, recurring import/export jobs, and middleware mappings, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between systems.
  • Develop and tune data import/export packages validating data accuracy and completeness end to end.
  • Configure and modify D365 settings, parameters, number sequences, and workflows based on evolving business needs and approved change requests.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data, validate integrations, and diagnose discrepancies between source and target systems.
  • Collaborate with business users and external trading partners to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for integration changes, system patches, and upgrades.
  • Assist in maintaining D365 security configurations, including user roles, permissions, and segregation-of-duties controls, under the guidance of the ERP Business Architect.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, integration designs, interface specifications, and troubleshooting runbooks.

  • Working knowledge of integration concepts and technologies such as APIs, EDI, file-based interfaces (SFTP), and middleware/iPaaS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, analyzing, and validating data across systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand core business processes such as: Manufacture to Deliver, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Record to Report.
