Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled and proactive Principal to lead the Material Program Management (MPM) Division for L3 Harris, Sensors Division Programs. This role is critical in leading an expert team of Supply Chain/Material Management (SC/MM) professionals, developing material strategies, and representing the SCMM division to support a portfolio of Programs and Business Development activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Principal SC/MM Functional Organization: Develop and document comprehensive strategies, plans, and processes to manage the material supply chain, ensuring its seamless integration into the Program Management plan.
  • SC/MM Division Manager: Serve as the main point of contact to customers regarding all supply chain-related program activities within the Division, ensuring clear, effective, and timely communication. Leads a team of MPM managers and MPMs assigned to the division. Prioritizes work for each program within the portfolio and reports to the Director of SC/MM.
  • Collaborate with Program Management: Work directly with Program Management to align supply chain objectives with overall program goals, driving program success.
  • Procurement Representation: Represent procurement on Integrated Program Teams (IPTs), ensuring that supply chain considerations are fully integrated into program decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Interface: Collaborate with various departments to resolve material status issues, address problems, and ensure the smooth flow of materials.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of supply chain operations, including budgeting, material forecasting, and cost control, to enhance overall program profitability.
  • Support Business Development: Provide expert SC/MM leadership in support of business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within supply chain, material management, or at the program management office level.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $120,500 - $223,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $105,000 - $195,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
