Experience with ERP platforms (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics), proficiency in relevant programming languages (such as ABAP, Java, or C#), and certifications in specific ERP systems are highly valuable. To address these, developers typically work closely with cross-functional teams—such as business analysts and IT specialists—to map requirements and ensure seamless data migration. Thorough testing, clear communication, and the use of standardized integration tools are crucial for overcoming these obstacles and delivering a successful ERP solution.
