Summary

The ERP Developer will contribute to the profitability of Times Microwave Systems by providing consultancy, technical support, and business solution implementation to Oracle users/customers to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates should have the ability to understand Order Management, Supply Chain (INV/BOM/WIP/MRP), Financial (AR/AP/GL) and Manufacturing business processes in relation to the Oracle 11i application.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop support and technical services to application products customers.
  • Develop and deliver proactive services for users/customers including design reviews, defining architectural alternatives, and product release planning.
  • Research and address technical problems and enquiries from customers.
  • Provide support, when required, to users/customer situations where complex problem diagnoses, analysis and resolution require special situation management.
  • Assist users/customers to maximize the stability, availability and performance of their critical business systems.
  • Design and formulate technical solutions with business team.
  • Ensure readiness for new products/features released to production instance.
  • Liaise closely with business users to ensure a close fit exists between business needs and technical solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Good understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite Architecture, physical data structures and their usage.
  • Knowledge in ES modules (financials, supply chain, manufacturing, order management, etc.)
  • Working experience in Oracle Forms (Personalization’s), Oracle Reports, XML Publisher reports, Oracle Workflow, Discoverer, Oracle RDBMS, and Workflow Builder.
  • Customization skills on PL/SQL forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, migrations, extensions, OAF, with good team development practice and good coding standard.
  • Experience utilizing tools such as BI Publisher, SQL Developer, and TOAD.
  • Knowledge of associated Oracle technologies; e.g., Apache, Concurrent Managers, Workflow Mailer, Server setup, Java and Jinitiator.
  • Experience working with oracle API’s and extensions.
  • Experience in EBS 11i technical configurations, patching, and upgrade, and possesses Apps skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a strong team player.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of Oracle EBS technical development experience on 11i/R12.
