Groom Law Group is seeking a senior-level associate or counsel to join our Fiduciary practice group. Responsibilities

The senior associate or counsel would be involved in fiduciary work for our fiduciary services group. An ideal candidate will possess legal experience working on ERISA fiduciary issues including retirement plan investments, fiduciary governance, plan reporting and disclosure, and fee disclosure requirements. Familiarity with plan services arrangements and investment products is a plus.

Qualifications

A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required. Superior academic credentials, excellent analytical skills, and strong writing skills are essential. Candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience, an interest in ERISA, and experience in securities and banking law are encouraged to submit their resumes.
