We are seeking a strategic, impact-driven Associate Director, ER & Compliance Operations to lead the coordination and readiness required to successfully expand existing services, launch new countries and other key service adoption initiatives. The individual will partner across HR, technology, and operations to embed standard ways of working, drive adoption of best practices, and elevate overall service maturity.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the operational support of employee relations and workplace compliance processes across the organization, including key processes of offboarding and reasonable accommodations.
  • People leader of leaders with organization size of approximately 20+ employees.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and COEs to ensure proper handling and resolution of complex ER issues.
  • Ensure compliance with US persons verification, I-9 verifications, etc.
  • Maintain and enhance case management tools and reporting systems to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and timely case closure.
  • Drive consistency in the application of HR policies and practices through standardized workflows, templates, and documentation guidance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ER operations professionals to support scale, service excellence, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment regulations; support audits and external inquiries as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree and minimum 10 years experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise people management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
