Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate regular inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage routine services including preventive maintenance (PMs), tire rotations, annual inspections, campaigns, recalls, and warranty opportunities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase fleet availability.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Collaborate with regional managers, drivers, and other stakeholders to address maintenance concerns and deliver timely solutions.
Source and procure parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Oversee external service providers and vendors, leveraging national accounts to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of work.
Promote and enforce safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety within the fleet maintenance team.
