Job description

Equine Network is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Bookkeeper to join our team. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from a clean ledger, a processed check run, and an inbox that's actually under control - read on.
What You'll Do
You'll be the financial and administrative backbone of the Western Sports Group team, keeping our books accurate, our vendors paid, and our office running smoothly. Day to day, that means managing accounts payable, recording transactions in QuickBooks, handling 1099s and W-9s, and pitching in on the general admin tasks that keep things moving.
This isn't a heads-down-in-a-corner role. You'll work closely with our Controller and accounting team, and your accuracy and follow-through will have a real impact on the business.
You're a Great Fit If You:
  • Have 2-3 years of bookkeeping, AP, or combined admin/accounting experience
  • Know your way around QuickBooks and Excel
  • Catch errors before anyone else does - and fix them without being asked
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Bring a professional, friendly attitude to everything you do

Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a plus. Equine enthusiast? Even better.
Why Equine Network?
We're a passionate team in a one-of-a-kind industry. Whether you ride, rope, or just love what horses represent - hard work, heart, and grit - you'll fit right in here.
