This is a 1099 / project-based role. Average weekly is 15-20 hours.

The work

Depending on the project, you may:

• Build, update, and recap tour and production budgets

• Prepare and review show settlements, deal memos, and promoter recaps

• Track cash flow, advances, deposits, and projected vs. actuals

What you bring

• 3+ years of tour accounting or live-entertainment production finance

• Strong Excel skills (budgets, settlements, clean file structure)

• Comfort with deal language, show economics, and reconciling to source documents

• Ability to work independently, invoice as a contractor, adhere to due dates

• Discretion with artist, tour, and company financial information

• Your own computer, software, and reliable internet

Nice to have

• Multi-currency / international touring

• VIP, merch, or premium-program accounting

• Experience at a promoter, business-management firm, or on the road
