Job description

Mandatory Skills/Experience

•            Minimum 5+ years of hands-on project management experience supporting enterprise technology or transformation initiatives.

•            Proven experience managing project change control processes including scope management, impact analysis, and governance coordination.

•            Strong experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities within complex delivery environments.

•            Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level project status reports, dashboards, and governance communications.

•            Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules and milestone tracking plans.

•            Experience coordinating project resource planning and staffing activities in partnership with finance, leadership, and delivery teams.

•            Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technology stakeholders without direct authority.

•            Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and SDLC methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.

•            Experience facilitating project meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder working sessions.

•            Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

•            Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

•            Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

•            Experience managing integrated RAID logs and governance reporting processes.

•            Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong follow-through capabilities.
