As an Enterprise Planning Consultant at Keyrus, yourprimary responsibility will be to collaborate with other consultantsto build your skills and expertise in Anaplan to implement and optimize sophisticated planning models and solutions. Responsibilities of the Enterprise Planning Consultant include:
  • Support technical leaders throughout requirements gathering and design phases, take notes during client interviews and meetings, and develop relevant questions to understand client business details.
  • Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring that they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the configuration of EPM software and assist with system testing.
  • Resolve and articulate technical issues confidently through debugging, research, and investigation and assist with production support issues as required.
  • Assist with configuration reviews to provide useful feedback and be open to receive and implement feedback received from project team and leadership.
  • Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership on tasks under your responsibility and ensure applicable deadlines are reached.
  • Convey understanding of the "why" behind business requirements.
  • Understand your role on the project and team, and meet project priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones.
  • Create and maintain documentation for EPM solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users.
  • Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.
  • Stay up to date with Anaplan platform releases and feature updates, and best practices within the industry and pursue or maintain required and recommended certifications.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with team members and understand how to engage with the client appropriately.
  • Demonstrate and continue to develop strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective use of EPM systems.

Required Attributes:
  • Background in business / financial / multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience working with Anaplan, including the design, implementation, and optimization of Anaplan models, and associated certifications.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related field and equivalent experience
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
  • Fluent in English.

Desired Attributes:
  • Interest/willingness to work on global teams and work with clients from around the world on a project-by-project basis.
  • Experience implementing Performance Management Solutions using one of thefollowing technologies: IBM TM1/PA, Oracle Hyperion, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, Pigment, OneStream.
  • Prior experience working on business functions - finance, sales, or operations.
  • Knowledge about data integration tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)).
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) - SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL in Oracle, PartiQL in AWS, SAS.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
