Job description

Enterprise Performance Management Consultant
Why Keyrus, Why Now!
Keyrus is an international group of 2,800 consultants and experts across 28 countries, built on a single conviction: AI does not transform businesses. Architected intelligence does. For more than 30 years, we have been building the data foundations that make intelligent systems work - designing the Operating System of the intelligent enterprise, where intelligence is embedded into the core of business processes to create sustainable value: we operationalise intelligence.
AI does not replace humans. It repositions us to a place no system can follow: understanding, deciding, designing, and creating. At Keyrus, you will not just develop skills - you will develop judgment. Your expertise sharpens with every system you architect, every client challenge you solve, every deployment that compounds on the last.
Over time, you grow into one of the rarest professionals of the intelligence era: someone who bridges data, AI, and human decision-making at scale, across industries and geographies. This is not a role you fill. It is a discipline you master and a story you help write to become a Keyrus Architect of Intelligence.
Technology amplifies. Keyrus culture differentiates. Industrial discipline connects the two.
What You'll Architect
This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment, perfect for individuals who are passionate about tackling complex business challenges and making a tangible impact. Support technical leaders throughout requirements gathering and design phases, take notes during client interviews and meetings, and develop relevant questions to understand client business details.
- Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions, ensuring that they meet client needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the configuration of EPM software and assist with system testing.
- Resolve and articulate technical issues confidently through debugging, research, and investigation and assist with production support issues as required.
- Assist with configuration reviews to provide useful feedback and be open to receive and implement feedback received from project team and leadership.
- Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership on tasks under your responsibility and ensure applicable deadlines are reached.
- Convey understanding of the "why" behind business requirements.
- Understand your role on the project and team, and meet project priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones.
- Create and maintain documentation for EPM solutions, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users.
- Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.
- Stay up to date with Anaplan platform releases and feature updates, and best practices within the industry and pursue or maintain required and recommended certifications.
- Maintain effective working relationships with team members and understand how to engage with the client appropriately.
- Demonstrate and continue to develop strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective use of EPM systems
Who You Are
- You are a strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling complex business challenges.
- You communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build strong relationships with clients and teammates.
- You are highly organized, able to prioritize competing responsibilities, and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments where project requirements and client needs evolve.
- You are excited to work with global teams and collaborate with clients from around the world on a project-by-project basis.
What You Bring
- You have a background in business, finance, multidimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
- You have strong Microsoft Excel skills and are comfortable working with complex datasets.
- You have hands-on experience with Anaplan, including designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models, and you hold relevant Anaplan certifications.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice-to-haves
- You have experience implementing Performance Management solutions using one or more of the following technologies: IBM TM1/Planning Analytics (PA), Oracle Hyperion, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, Pigment, or OneStream.
- You have previous experience supporting business functions such as Finance, Sales, or Operations.
- You have knowledge of data integration tools, including Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- You have a working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), such as SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS PartiQL, or SAS.
- You are fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
What We Stand For
- Collective Intelligence - Collaboration across expertise, functions, and geographies makes it possible to combine know-how and deliver more comprehensive responses to client challenges.
- Reliability - The ability to deliver complex projects with rigour is one of the pillars of our client relationship.
- Pragmatism - Prioritising concrete impact and measurable value over abstract technological discourse.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit - Curiosity, energy, and freedom are the foundations of our culture; they enable initiative and sustained innovation.
Our Hiring Process
We keep our process straightforward and respect your time. Here is what to expect:
• A conversation with one of our Talent team - to discuss your background, expectations, and what Keyrus can offer you in return.
• Stage 2 - a technical interview with the hiring team: covering your expertise and approach to a real challenge. Approx. 40 minutes.
• Stage 3 - you'll work on a technical test and present it to other members of the EPM team
• Stage 4 - a final conversation with senior leadership around values, culture, and your longer-term ambitions.
