In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity

Required Skill and Experience
• Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Expertise in EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, Essbase, Groovy Scripting, and Oracle EPM Platform.
• Understanding of Financial Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management processes.
• Experience working with Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Capital Markets clients.
• Experience leading business process assessments, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and target-state architecture definition.
• Experience collaborating with client executives and business process owners to define business cases, transformation priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
• Expertise in designing dimensional models, metadata frameworks, security models, data governance, integrations, calculation logic, and reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience configuring and customizing Oracle EPM applications, including data forms, business rules, Groovy scripts, reports, integrations, workflows, and security.
• Ability to guide development teams, perform architecture governance, conduct design reviews, and support testing, deployment, hypercare, and production rollout activities.
• Stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with CFO organizations, finance leaders, business users, Enterprise Architects, and executive management.
• Design scalable Oracle EPM solutions covering Planning, Forecasting, Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Profitability & Cost Management, Financial Consolidation, Regulatory Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
• Create and review solution architecture documents, functional specifications, technical designs, deployment strategies, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Banking industry standards, controls, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to business and leadership audiences.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Capital Markets domain experience preferred.
• Understanding of Enterprise Solution Architecture, Business Transformation, Financial Process Design, and Target-State Architecture.
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Planning (EPBCS), FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, and Reporting.
• Proven ability to mentor offshore consultants, provide technical leadership, and work effectively with global delivery teams.
• Experience managing or leading medium-sized teams (6-8 members) across onsite and offshore locations.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in a distributed global delivery environment.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
