  • Working with engineers, manufacturing, and project managers to bring designs to life
  • Designing motor control circuits (VFDs, starters, overloads—you know the drill)
  • Supporting PLC hardware design, I/O assignments, and panel integration
  • Helping improve standards, libraries, and workflows within EPLAN

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years electrical design or controls design experience
  • Strong skills in EPLAN Electric P8 ✔️
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of motors, drives, VFDs, starters
  • Strong attention to detail with clean, accurate design work
  • A team player who can communicate and collaborate across departments

Bonus Points If You Have

(Not required—just nice to have!)

  • AutoCAD Electrical experience
  • Knowledge of UL508A, NEC, IEC standards
  • Background in automation, machinery, manufacturing, or industrial systems
  • EPLAN library/macro/database experience

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

  • Competitive pay + full benefits
  • Growth opportunities + professional development
  • A collaborative engineering environment
  • A chance to work on interesting, real-world technical projects—not cookie-cutter work
