Job Description: Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Designer with expertise in control panel design, layout, and schematics, specifically tailored to custom automated equipment. The ideal candidate should possess experience with EPlan, although candidates with in AutoCAD Electrical and a willingness to learn EPlan are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout control panels for custom automated equipment.
• Create and modify schematics using EPlan or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design specifications meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to electrical systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Electrical Design specific to custom automated equipment.
• Experience with control panel design/layout and schematic creation.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of EPlan is preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elgin, IL.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
