Job Description:
The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the Department of Corrections Minncor division is seeking one full-time resource to work on Epicor Kinnetic. Minncor manages business operations and financials in Epicor Kinetic. The new ERP went live on July 2023 and the State needs to review current system set up, process and procedures, and automation if its applicable to Epicor Kinetic framework. The goal is to run financials, reporting, close the general ledger, and reconcile to SWIFT State of Minnesota's General Ledger. The resource will assume the role of project manager, leading, overseeing and coordinating the activities essential for the successful of implementation and completion of new ERP system.

Desired Qualifications

• Portfolio Management experience.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs and make decisions that result in high quality project outputs
• Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input
