Job description

Build connections that help customers keep business moving. As a Consulting Services Consultant on our MX team, you will manage EDI integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, support new implementations, and partner directly with customers and trading partners. You will translate data between EDI environments and ERP systems such as Epicor Kinetic while managing ongoing customer needs. We are seeking applicants who bring strong technical problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently while sharing knowledge with a collaborative team. This is an opportunity to embrace autonomy, extend your skills, and create long-lasting customer success.
What you will be doing:
  • Manage EDI integrations for assigned customers, including new implementations, ongoing maintenance, and trading partner setup.
  • Map EDI transactions to the formats required by Epicor Kinetic and translate Kinetic data for external trading partners.
  • Troubleshoot integration, mapping, and data issues, working with customers to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts while maintaining proactive communication and responding to changing technical needs.
  • Configure and support new vendors and trading partners across customer EDI environments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve complex issues, share knowledge, and continuously strengthen your technical expertise.
  • Work across EDI technologies and ERP environments, balancing hands-on technical responsibilities with direct customer partnership.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply previous experience to new integration challenges.
  • Experience working with EDI, systems integration, technical consulting, or a closely related environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers, vendors, or trading partners.
  • Ability to independently manage customer priorities while collaborating effectively with a broader technical team.
