Our client is looking for a Business Systems Manager Epicor Kinetic ERP in Plymouth MI
Join a growing global manufacturer supporting a multi-year enterprise ERP transformation. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to own our Epicor Kinetic environment, partner with business leaders, and lead the long-term strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of our ERP platform.
About the Opportunity
Our organization operates nine manufacturing facilities across North America and Europe and employs approximately 900 people worldwide. We are currently undertaking a significant global ERP modernization initiative, migrating multiple legacy ERP platforms, including Epicor, Sage 100, and Infor to Epicor Kinetic Cloud. The program will establish two strategic cloud environments designed to support and standardize operations across the U.S. and Europe.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end ERP program, including requirements, process design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote standard Epicor functionality while minimizing customizations.
  • Establish global ERP governance, decision rights, design standards, and an enhancement-prioritization process.
  • Partner with functional leaders to harmonize core finance, manufacturing, supply-chain, inventory, quality, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Manage Epicor, consulting partners, project resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Help define and build the future business systems team, potentially including ERP analysts and application specialists.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT leadership.
  • Support cloud migrations and future ERP deployments.
  • Drive continuous improvement, reporting, and business process optimization.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of ERP leadership or business systems experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading at least one significant ERP implementation, migration, or multi-site rollout.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required, Aerospace preferred.
  • Knowledge of finance, supply chain, production, and inventory processes.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or cloud migrations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
