Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives for clients ranging from middle market organizations to global enterprises. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, helping organizations evaluate technology strategies, oversee ERP implementations, and mitigate business risk throughout the transformation lifecycle. Our team partners with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies to guide complex technology transformations, ERP initiatives, and operational improvements.

 

Responsibilities

·      Lead ERP transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and post go live support (Hypercare).

·      Assess client technology environments and identify opportunities to improve business processes and technology capabilities.

·      Serve as the liaison between executive sponsors, finance leaders, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technical teams.

·      Review ERP implementation proposals and provide strategic recommendations regarding vendors, security, AI capabilities, outsourcing strategies, and implementation approach.

·      Oversee project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and executive communications.

·      Ensure implementations align with business objectives while minimizing operational disruption.

·      Provide guidance throughout system selection, implementation planning, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

·      Partner with private equity sponsors to evaluate technology investments across portfolio companies.

Qualifications

·      8+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations or transformation programs.

·      Experience managing complex, multi million dollar ERP initiatives.

·      Strong understanding of enterprise business processes, particularly Finance and Accounting.

·      Experience working with one or more ERP platforms, including: SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, OneStream, AS/400, HSM, MAPICS

o  Other enterprise ERP solutions

·      Proven ability to communicate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical resources.

·      Experience managing third party implementation partners and system integrators.

·      Strong consulting mindset with excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
