This position has remote flexibility. Candidates would be required to be onsite at a minimum of three times annually.

Analyzes business needs, defines requirements, develops solutions, implements systems, and manages installed applications in support of the Business and Clinical applications. Maintains a thorough understanding of applications and databases in a complex client-server architecture.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides systems analysis and support through customer service needs, system design, data queries, and reports.
  • Provides effective user training, troubleshoots system issues, and performs systems maintenance as needed.
  • Utilizes support systems, helps in the development of these systems, maintains vendor relationships, and minimizes system outages.
  • Applies project management principles, assists with complex projects involving cross-functional departments, including scope, development, reporting, and execution plan.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems following policies and procedures, actively protects confidential information, conducts audits of systems and information, and maintains systems keeping resources secure.


Education Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in related Computer Science areas or equivalent experience, preferred.
