Job description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Labor and Delivery / Mother Baby

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Weekend and on call Requirements: Holidays/Weekends rotating and possible call

Requirements:

  • MI License
  • 2 years of current Birthing Center experience
  • Experience with laboring patients, delivery (newborn care at delivery), and postpartum (moms and babies)
  • AHA BLS
  • Prior travel experience preferred
  • NRP preferred

Other Details:

  • EMR: Cerner
  • Birth Center: 11 LDRP rooms, 3 triage rooms, 1 OR
  • RN to patient ratio: 1:1 for active labor, magnesium sulfate, and Pitocin induction of labor; 1:3 couplets, 1:2 early labor patients
